Please note that Shipping Rates are based on shipping a single item. Purchasing multiple items may result in multiple shipping charges.
The ordered items are generally shipped out within 2-4 business days after your payment has been verified. Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped out with the order status updated to "Processing to Delivered". Normally your order will arrive within 3-8 working days except public holidays.
One order cannot be split for shipping to different locations or on different dates.
We will choose the best available express courier service for your location from DHL, UPS, FedEx, or EMS. Please make sure your address is deliverable. We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
We do our best efforts to handle your concerns on priority basis, and try to resolve any issue(s) with no delay if occur. You can buy from MyLeathers confidently as we accept returns.
Returned items must have not been worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached. Therefore, it's especially important that items are inspected upon receipt.
If you wish to return your item(s) ordered, please to read our return policy carefully first and write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return approval prior to returning an item.
Refunds or exchanges are available if the items are faulty, different to what was advertised or unfit for the products intended purpose. Clearance products are not applied.
Please report the problem in two working days after receiving the products, enclose your receipt and complete Returns/Exchange Form with your purchase within five working days of receipt of the goods in their original box and mail to the our given address.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure your return package to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
Refund or Replacement
After receiving the returned item(s), if we examine the item(s), check and confirm that it is our problem, we will ship the correct items back to you without an extra cost.
If, however, the reason for return is an incorrectly ordered model number OR due to your error(s), OR changing your mind OR the fault of the third party, we will still be willing to send a replacement OR refund your original costs minus the costs of our shipping and handling. In the cases stated above, we will deduct the related costs from the refund.
MyLeathers offers refund on most items within seven working days of receiving your returned item(s).
