How can I pay for my order?
For your convenience MyLeathers.com.au accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal for payment. Other terms of payments such American Express, Discover or e-checks can be paid via PayPal. We can also arrange a bank deposit or an online transfer to our account within Australia only. Is ordering online secure?

What delivery company do you use?
We will choose the best available express courier service for your location from DHL, UPS, FedEx, or EMS.
Who is responsible for product damage or loss during transit?
We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package just in case of lost or damage problems. If any missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately. You can add shipping insurance when you checkout your order, it is worth it.
How long will it take to get my order?
We'll send the stock order within 24 hours after receiving your payment. The processing for out of stock will take 3-5 days to get it from factory. Our express Courier Service which takes 3-8 business days to reach at your door step once shipped. See our Shipping and Returns with details.

Why DHL charge me tax?
Usually, if there's tax in custom, they will pay the tariff in advance to pass custom smoothly, and then charge you when deliver to you.
Will I need to pay customs fees on my order?
No hidden charges or taxes are added to the price of your purchase from MyLeathers.com.au. However, our factories and stock are located in Hangzhou, China, the orders we send to you will be considered imports and may be taxed into Australia if the order value is A$1,000 or more, including where you place multiple orders that are dispatched simultaneously and arrive in Australia at or around the same time.
